
Ingredients:
| 4 beefsteak tomatoes |
| ½ cup HerbCo fresh basil leaves |
| 3 Tbl. red wine vinegar |
| ½ cup olive oil |
| 1 clove garlic |
| 1 tsp. Dijon mustard |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until creamy. Serve over your favorite salad.
