Edible Flowers

Edible flowers are grown organically on our farm, and are available as conventionally grown in the off season. The varieties shown are a fraction of what is typically offered in season.

Try this:
  • Use to decorate cakes, cupcakes, and fine candies.
  • Use in flavored oils and vinaigrettes.
  • Freeze small flowers in ice cubes or ring molds and add to you favorite beverage.
  • Never use non-edible or florist-grade flowers as a garnish!
